Joe completed the Spear Programme in Hammersmith in April 2017. He says: “I’m an ambassador because I recognise the growth I personally had on the Spear Programme all those years ago. Leaving school can be very challenging for the youth of today, with limited guidance or support in the transition to the world of work. As someone who was in that situation for 2 years and caught in that cycle of uncertainty, it is so important for those leaving education to be aware of the support available from this amazing charity.”
